I can't reproduce this on Bibledit-Gtk 4.2.
Steps:
Open project "Ndebele".
Compare with "King James Version".
Compare all markers, but ignore marker 'i'.
Select book of Matthew only.
Run it.
Outcome:
No crash.
941 differences listed.
