[be] Bibledit through Macports on Mac OS X

Hi Mark,

With assistance of Brian, who provided access to a Mac, the bibledit-gtk tarball has been updated so that now hopefully the crashing no longer occurs when installing it through macports. The updated tarball is here:

May I ask your assistance once more: To install the new version through macports, and to see how it behaves.
