Hi all,

I forwarded the info to the StereoscopyNews newsletter.

It's already posted (you can check it out at http://www.stereoscopynews.com/).

Bino 1.0.0 is released
======================

The Bino project released the first stable version 1.0.0 today.

Bino is a video player for stereoscopic 3D videos. Its main features are:

- Support for 2D and stereoscopic 3D video in a wide variety of input
formats and stereo layouts.

- Support for many 3D output methods, including anaglyph glasses,
shutter glasses, autostereoscopic displays, 3D TV sets, and distributed
multi-display installations such as powerwalls or Virtual Reality
installations.

Additionally, Bino supports subtitles in all common formats. Version
1.0.0 is available in English, Czech, French, German, Polish, and Russian.

Bino is free software (GPLv3+). It uses FFmpeg for multimedia input, and
OpenGL for video output. It currently works on GNU/Linux systems, Mac OS
X, and Windows. The Bino project provides source code only; binaries for
various platforms are provided by independent third parties.

See http://bino.nongnu.org/ for more information.
