[Bino-list] Bino 1.1.3 is released, schedule for 1.2.0, call for translations

Hi all,

Bino 1.1.3 is now available. It fixes several problems, e.g. with multi
screen fullscreen mode on Windows and subtitle renderer initialization
on Windows and Mac OS X. Several other improvements were also made, and
the manual was enhanced.

Please test this version and report any problems.

In preparation of the upcoming stable 1.2.0 release, all translatable
strings are now frozen. Please update the translations until September 5
(in three weeks).

I plan to release 1.2.0 in the week following September 5, with all
translations that are up to date at that point.
