[Bino-list] BINO WINDOWS COMPILE PROBLEM

 Hello,
Maybe my English is poor, or some politeness is lack, please forgive me.

I want to complie bino for a windows version, but failed many time, and cost one day. I want to look for your help to know two questions.

1. to build windows version bino, I need install mingw in windows, or in linux.
2. In my trial, I install mingw in winodws, but mxe's running needs many packages. Even for scons, I have install it in windows and mingw, but when "make" the mxe also display "Missing requirement: scons"
