[Bino-list] FFmpeg interface changes

Hi all,

FFmpeg changed their interfaces again. To use the latest FFmpeg, you
have to use the current git version of Bino. See
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/bino.git/commit/?id=25cb165ae138968c277dbcb11823e99a1b78a1d0

Note that this version still works with some older FFmpeg and Libav
versions, e.g. those that come with Ubuntu 12.10, but versions much
older than that might not work anymore.
