And it probably will never be. They don't do stable releases anymore.
The only option is to
- fork current development MXE
- build, fix, debug, fix, .......
- eventually get a working binary
- submit required MXE changes upstream for inclusion
But I cannot do this because I have no testing environment.
We need someone to maintain the Windows version.
