Bino 1.4.2 builds and works fine with Equalizer 1.0, 1.2, and 1.4.
For Equalizer 1.6, you need the latest git master of Bino because there
were some incompatible changes.
You can also cherry-pick git commit 87a06d47 and apply it to 1.4.2
instead; see
