Great work, I love it.
As I recall, Frédéric said that this would be especially welcome for
Mac OS X as it is kind of customary on that system to have one central
dialogue for all preferences.
I only had a quick look until now, but I think we should apply this.
One little thing that might be confusing is that the 'Video' section
only applies to the currently opened video; it is not for general
preferences. (The current Bino version has the same problem, but maybe
we can fix this problem while switching to a single dialog?)
