Eyescale/Equalizer on github is the master version. The website has been 
archived to http://eyescale.github.io/equalizergraphics.com/

The .travis.yml file should give you some hints on how to build.

I’ll let Martin answer for the Eq version, the github repo should have the 
corresponding tag.
