Yes.  I thought I'd sent them to you before.  Anyway, I've attached my
lastest version incorporating Paul's fixes and Marks suggestions.
I've generated the diffs against the bison cvs sources although I've
yet to get bison to build (you may want to check the bison build
instructions; the README-cvs file seems a little dated).

I'm still waiting for Mark/Zack's review to the modifications that
Mark suggested.  With the long delay I've gone off the boil.
