Time for Bison 1.75b?

I think Bison 1.75's failure to handle the Bash grammar correctly:

is pretty serious.  I just checked in a patch to fix this, and I'd
like to get 1.875 out the door in short order.  Are there any
objections to generating a 1.75b test version now, so that we can get
messages translated?  As far as I know, all the reported bugs are now
fixed in CVS.
