[PATCH] Cleanups in Bison option handling

Hi there,

several discrepancies have been found between what command-line options
Bison handles and what's documented[1].  Looking in, I found that most
of the options are actually a dead code, omissions, and the like.  The
patch that follows removes them.  Please consider installing.
