Hello Beda,

I was wondering would you consider supporting Python 2.6 also in your
Windows build of OASA?

To give you some idea of the popularity of different Python versions,
in March of this year I made an openbabel-python release and the
download figures for different Python versions are as follows:

2.4: 25
2.5: 69
2.6: 25
3.0: 33
