Since I don't read Chinese, it isn't useful for me to look at the
conversations about doing this translation.  Anyway, we've already
decided to entrust translation of our articles to your team.

I simply want to verify when you are finished and have published on
gnu.org translations of all those articles that make use of Tong Hui's
work when appropriate.
