Log message:
        +Added the sameweights function, which returns true if all incoming and
         outgoing arcs of a node have the same weight
        
        +Improved the merge functions for places and transitions.
          Now the former weights of the merged nodes's arcs are transferred to 
the 
          new node's arcs. In case of both former nodes having intersected 
presets
          and postsets the weight of the first node's arc is used.
