Log message:
        Make the category untranslatable.  The reason is that as long as the
        English category name of Bubblemon matches the English category name on
        whatever system it is run, it will be placed in the correct category, 
and
        the category name will be correctly translated.
        
        Making Bubblemon's category name translatable just adds confusion for no
        gain (AFAICT).
