Flip the page in landscape mode

Whomever:

I print 3 pages per sheet and double sided. Currently bound is on the left
side and unable to flip the pages.
I would like to have bound on the top so that I can use three hole punch and
flip the pages.

Would please tell me which options do I need for that?

My current settings are as follows:
