a2ps 4.13b does not print Euro

Hello,

 a2ps --encoding iso-8859-15 

does not print the euro-sign as it should but transfers it to 'M-$'

all other characters print correctly, only the euro-sign is broken.
This is a line out of the produced ps-code:

(24 \240 \241 \242 \243 M-$ \245 \246 \247) N

which should be:

24   ¡ ¢ £ € ¥ Š §

changing 'M-$' to '\244' does print the Euro-sign, so it is in the
font.
