Hello,

This is 100% reproducible for me. I have checked that:

man -t ascii | lpr

works, and so does:

a2ps -2 --borders no ~/.bashrc

ie. both man -t and a2ps are working OK. But when I combine the two, as in:

man -t ascii | a2ps -2 --borders no

the printer spews out blank pages until I stop cups, empty the spool, restart cups, then restart the printer. I have checked that the spooled file is OK by viewing it in GV. I have the following delegation set up in /etc/a2ps.cfg:

Delegation: Groff roff:ps   \
  eval `grog -Tps '$f'` | fixps #?V!!-q! | #{del.psselnup}

I don't know exactly when this bug was introduced, but I have used this exact method of printing man pages for a long time previously without problems.

Hope you can help,
