Hebrew support available for a2ps

Hi,

I don't know whether Maxim Ioresh or Tzafrir Cohen reported this already, but
they worked out how to print Hebrew text files (ISO-8859-8) with a2ps.

One needs a Hebrew font (such as Maxim's Culmus), an iso8.edf file, and a tiny
addition to a2ps/encoding/encoding.map. Please see

for details. Note that this has no effect on non-Hebrew encodings.

I would be glad if you inserted these changes into the main trunk of a2ps.
