Akim and Miguel:

I have been frustrated by an "a2ps" issue lately, which is that the 
printout always leave some stuff unprinted because of
out of the A4 sheet boundary. It used to be working fine. I did some 
on-line search and some experiments but none
helped me.

What I did was a simple command:  a2ps -r -C abc.v --medium=A4 -o abc.ps
I tried A4dj medium as well. Three different PDF files are attached 
based on A4, A4dj and B5 media plus the source text, abc.v.
