Hi Elias,

you can already. All commands that accept library reference numbers (like 0 ... 9)
should already support absolute and relative paths (starting with '/' or '.') instead.

I still would like to see a way of overriding all directories from the commandline though. It'd be useful not only for the Android version.

Doesn't it already read $HOME/.gnu-apl/ (without .d)?  Though, I would prefer
this to be put under $HOME/.config/gnu-apl/ and to be configurable through
environment (in addition to command line arguments).
