Hi Peter,

I believe that apl.html should not be removed rather than removing libapl.html as well.
This is because removing an  html file in make clean triggers issue 2. below on machines that
do not have makeinfo installed.

Hopefully fixed in SVN 615 (needs running ./configure again)
