I am trying to figure out what "it" means.  If developers are supposed
to fix a problem, they first need to reproduce it.  The alternatives
you list with "or" have different mechanisms for figuring out word
boundaries and possibly different problems.

Thanks.  I am currently stuck without net access (I have to use my
mobile, and that precludes checking my regular accounts since the mail
volume there is prohibitive) and with lots of work and conference
talks to give, so I will not likely follow up on this myself this
week.  Still, giving an actual recipe for other developers to try out
might improve your chances of somebody actually doing so.
