Huh? From the cut&paste below it is obvious that you indeed used the
above mentioned prefix, and the prefix refers to a non-existent
directory (there is a difference between "Program File" and "Program
Files"). Then the question is why you would use such an installation
procedure in the first place when using a precompiled version of
Emacs+AUCTeX.
Then you have been asked to use
M-x preview-report-bug RET
or the respective menu entry in the Preview menu in order to produce the
information needed to properly analyze the bug.
As long as you don't do this, I don't see that further random postings
of yours with arbitrary information thrown in will lead to any useful
results.
