[Bug-AUCTeX] cmdproxy hangs occasionally

Hello,
I have been having troubles with cmdproxy. I am using the precompiled
(Windows) bundle of Emacs and AUCTeX. Very often compiling hangs and
nothing happens. I am able to reproduce the behavior just by executing
cmdproxy.exe from Windows Explorer - where I (occasionally) do not get
the c:\Emacs\bin prompt. I have tried to substitute the cmdproxy from
the bundle with the one that comes with the precompiled version of Emacs
(compiled 2007-06-02). This seems to solve the problem.
