Remember to cover the basics. Including a minimal LaTeX example

file exhibiting the problem might help.

I cannot get images to show in preview mode; only the "no entry" sign. The problem appears to be the call to gs, but I don't know enough to debug it. Here's the minimal file I am using to try to get preview working. By the way, I also tried with the last stable release and I get the same problem. I have had preview working in the past, but it hasn't worked for some time. I'd love to get it back! Thanks for your help.
