Evince will likely need to be able to call emacsclient or something.
Ubuntu and apparmor are conspiring to make that hard.  Try looking at
<URL:http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/usage/configuring-the-system-for-point-and-click>
for some inspiration of what kind of jiggery-pokery might be required to
get this to work.

The application/executable naming schemes of LilyPond are different from
that of Emacs/AUCTeX, but the kind of work needed for getting this off
the ground might be related, except for the stuff that is sent over
Dbus.
