Also aleph is Hebrew ;-)

It seems MiKTeX still use the old names omega and lambda (please,
correct me if I'm wrong), so I don't think we should change the
default values of {La,}TeX-Omega-command, but I added the choices for
those variable, to help people choose the right command.
