Autoconf Bug

I have founded the following error while trying to
configure the sources of Dillo WebBrowser (version
0.7.3, 0.7.2 at www.dillo.org)

configure: WARNING: sys/uio.h: present but cannot be
compiled
configure: WARNING: sys/uio.h: check for missing
prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: sys/uio.h: proceeding with the
preprocessor's result

The same error with the following files: fcntl.c and
png.h

I'm using autoconf 2.57 (compiled from sources since
the binary package from my distro gived me that error
i upgrated), i have already run autoconf to recreate
the configure script, but it gives me the same error.
