Thanks for the bug report, and sorry for the delay. Please read
http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/manual/html_node/Present-But-Cannot-Be-Compiled.html
and show it to the sudo maintainer, who can then fix this in his
package, if he hasn't done so already in a newer version of sudo.
