autoreconf does not pass -I option to aclocal

Hey folks,

On a bloody darwin box libtool is installed at /opt/local/bin/libtool, with
/opt/local/share/aclocal/pkg.m4 needed by aclocal
running:

 autoreconf -I/opt/local/share/aclocal -vifs

produces the following:

autoreconf: running: aclocal --force -I asl

where asl is a project specific Makefile.am override.

>From the source of autoreconf, I think a line needs to be
added near the "Dispatch autoreconf's option to the tools." section.
