Thanks for the report.  Right now, 2.57, 59, 60, 61, 62, and 63 are all
available online, with the shorter URL
http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/manual/html_node being a symlink to
the latest version.  But I tend to agree that 2.57 is outdated; since
gnulib doesn't support anything older than 2.59, and that is several years
old.  If no one else defends the old manual in the next day or so, I will
remove 2.57 (but keep 2.59).
