I could find no information for placing the tmp directory, so by good chance,
placed it in the mingw root directory, /c/mingw. That took care of the 'please
create /tmp' messages, so now the make process is a little cleaner. Still, it
ends with exit 2. I am attaching a log of the current make run. I executed make
in the same directory as configure, /c/groff.
