Maybe it's worth a ping to the dash maintainers...Yes...Is that a "yes I'll do it"? I'm happy to otherwise, pointing them at this thread, but I imagine it would have more effect from an autoconf maintainer.
Which I am not, just a contributor. But yes, I can do that.
I hate to say "patches are welcome", but I have to. I'm too busy at the moment, which is something I also hate to say because everybody is.I am, as I said, happy to help. I would appreciate some guidance, in the shape of knowing what the autoconf maintainers think is lacking in terms of M4sh documentation. Otherwise, I'll just take what you wrote in the last email and try to work it into a patch for autoconf.texi.
