This would mean that bug-automake would get spammed with a lot
of Debian only bugs (packaging bugs, Debian policy violations,
etc.) But of course, a maintainer should foward all bugs that
are probably upstream bugs to the upstream maintainer. But
sometimes this just doesn't work ...
