Hi,
Yes, manually running aclocal seemed to fix the problem. I am still trying
to come up with a fix where I don't have to manually run it each time.
Oddly enough, I have Red Hat 8 installed at home with the same version of
Kdevelop and I did not have this problem. The last time I looked, I saw no
mention of the problem on Red Hat's web page.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question. The GNU/Linux
toolset is still very new to me so I greatly appreciate your help.

Nothing more than what the diagnostic suggests. Did you run aclocal
