Hello, and thanks for the report.  I'm using help2man 1.33, and most
likely the cause for the error is that 1.24 is too old.

But the consequence of the problem should, IMHO, be mitigated by
automake/missing -- the man page is after all included in the shishi
tar.gz.  So, even if help2man fails, the build should not abort, since
there is no fatal error.  (Something must guarantee that the man page
is not overwritten by a broken help2man, though.)

I'm not familiar with the implementation of automake to understand if,
and in that case how, this can be improved.  Ideas appreciated.
