I have audited the libtool cvs tree and had it put back up, audited missing
release tarballs and had them put back, reinstated my cvs commit access, my
shell account on fencepost, and set up ftp.gnu.org and alpha.gnu.org upload
rights quite recently.

I can probably make a fair stab at walking you through how to repeat for
autogen while my memories are fresh... where did you get to?
