No excuse for 'type --help' not to do the same as 'help type'.
Same with the rest of the builtins.

Currently:
$ type --help
bash: type: illegal option: --
type: usage: type [-apt] name [name ...]

Well, at least add a line: "Do 'help type' for details."
Same with the rest of the builtins.

I mean not everybody is a pro, so don't be so sort and sour with the
helpful pointers.
