Thanks for the report, and for the detailed examples.

I can't reproduce this, and there doesn't seem to be any evidence of it
in the script. Adding the assignment `IFS=$oIFS' where the comment
indicates doesn't result in any misbehavior.

> ${VarName+ FuncInvoke} and ${VarName:+ FuncInvoke} works

There doesn't appear to be any evidence of this in the attached script,
either. There are several comments based on incorrect assumptions which
could be the cause of the report.

Thanks; there are indeed inconsistencies. I have corrected them.
