Description:
Using the command line:
ps --no-headers -o"\%p \%t" -C"exim4"
via perl's backtick function. ps occasionally reports something like:
"31125 49710-06:28:15"
The process number is correct AFAIK, but the uptime is miles too big and seems
to vary between: 49710-06:28:01 and 49710-06:28:15.

Repeat-By:
Repeating the command until it happens again.
