Can't build 2.13.2 also

Also tried to build binutils-2.13.2

The same resulted. Typescript is appended to this mail.

Please tell me specification / requirements of binutils. Under which
circumstances they are guaranteed to configure. Tried to found the cause in the
configure script, however the whole ./configure config.status config.guess
config.sub systems is so complicated that I am not able to complete this task
in a reasonable amount of time.

Also tested the ar command mentioned in README:
