[Bug ld/614] New: ld vinfo %C error messages do not conform to GNU Coding standard

This case was originally submitted tot he binutils project by Richard Stallman.
 He said:

This was in reference to an emacs bug report submitted by address@hidden where
was talking about parsing this error message from the linker:
