Sorry for not doing that before Nick, I'd started looking into this then got a
bit sidetracked by two issues:
1) Fixing the test suite to dump the .out into the log on failure
2) Figuring out if it's okay that it mentions v4 now

I've attached two patches:
- 0001-ld-ld-lib.exp-log-failed-dump.out-contents-for-debug.patch
- 0002-ld-testsuite-adjust-property-3-4-a-5-test-cases-for-.patch

I am unsure about 0002 because I want to make sure I understand why it's
different on my system first, though.
