Error in bison 1.33

Hi there,

One test failed when I tried "make check" on my system.  Since I'm 
new to bison, I'm not sure I can debug it, myself, but here's what I 
see:

During make check:
Regression tests.
 40: regression.at:26  FAILED near `regression.at:76'
...
40. regression.at:26: testing %nonassoc and eof...
regression.at:75: bison input.y -o input.c
regression.at:76: $CC $CFLAGS $CPPFLAGS input.c -o input
stderr:
input.y:6: error.h: No such file or directory
regression.at:76: exit code was 1, expected 0
40. regression.at:26: FAILED near `regression.at:76'

I'm doing a pretty basic install; the only configure option I used 
was --prefix=/opt/bison.  Also:
OpenBSD ishi 2.8 GENERIC#399 i386

If you need the full testsuite.log, let me know...
