That message looks like it is related to Sun bugs #4505841 and
#4531833.  These are bugs in the Sun C compiler.  Please try
installing Sun patch 111678-17; it is recommended by Sun and seems to
be relevant to your problem.

While you're at it, you might check whether you've installed all the
other patches currently recommended by Sun for your operating system
and development environment.

If that doesn't work, please send the output of the following
commands:

echo 'main() { return 0;}' >t.c
cc -V t.c
showrev -p
