Not running on MinGW

Hello,

  I've compiled the lates bison I've found on the W2K
machine using MSYS and MinGW distribution (current)
and the result of compilation provides me the same
errors as the binary distro.

  Whenever the bison is started a _spawnvp function is missing,
while ./configure reported no errors. Thus I've run the make check
to provide you with something, maybe, more relevant.

  Well, I still think the error is onmy side. Thus, I would be very
glad if somebody can point me to any information how to make the stuff
work.
