I don't know, since I don't use MinGW, but you should probably check out
CVS Bison, or perhaps the latest test version
<ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/bison/bison-2.1a.tar.gz>, as it has
some fixes in this area (look in the djgpp subdirectory).
